Turn your unwanted items into CASH! Sell them at the consignment auction for just a small commission fee. Commission Rates* (based on sale amount of item):

20% up to $50.00 7%-$1,001 to $5,000
10%-$51 to $1,000 $250 flat fee- $5,001 and up

$10 – No Sale Fee (if your item does not sell)
Any item that sales for $5.00 or less – no commission paid

Call 859-445-4885 to consign items for sale. Call early; we want photos of your items, to advertise online. Items will then be accepted on Thursday April 20 and Friday April 21, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the cattle barn (1st barn on right behind the Grant County Extension Office). Items will not be accepted the day of the auction. Auctioneer has the right to refuse any item. The following items will be accepted: Antiques & Vintage Items, Furniture, Tools, and Farm Equipment, Farm related items, Lawn & Garden Equipment, Vehicles.


The Grant County Fair is a Non-Profit Organization (501C3). Any items donated to the fair for sale at the auction qualify for a tax deduction. Donation letter and Tax ID number will be furnished. All proceeds from the commission rates are used to improve the fair and grounds.

*Commission will be calculated on a per item (sales ticket) basis. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material. Payment method: cash or check with proper I.D. 6% Sales tax charged. If you are a reseller, you must bring a copy of your resale slip to the auction. Multiple sales rings. No buyer’s premium. Not responsible for accidents. Concessions will be available. Fair reserves the right to charge the consigner a $10 disposal fee for unsold items (due to a lack of bids) that the consigner does not pickup date of sale.
